Our story began in the coastal city of Acapulco, where our grandfather was a respected local fisherman. With salt in his blood and a passion for the sea, he laid the foundation for a life connected to fishing.
From Cabo San Lucas to the Big Leagues
My father brought our family tradition to Cabo San Lucas, where he became a tournament-winning yacht captain. He competed in world-class events like the Bisbee’s Black & Blue, Tuna Tournament, Billfish Tournament, and the Rolex Tournament, gaining a reputation for skill, honor, and perseverance on the water.
The New Generation in San José del Cabo
I grew up watching, learning, and falling in love with the ocean. Years later, I founded Daliken Sportfishing in San José del Cabo with one goal: to offer authentic fishing trips led by real local fishermen – not middlemen, not actors, but passionate professionals who live and breathe the sea.
