Can we bring snacks and drinks?+
Yes. We include water and ice. You're welcome to bring snacks, drinks, juice boxes, and anything kids prefer. We can also coordinate catered breakfast or lunch boxes if you let us know in advance.
Which boat is best for families?+
For comfort and shade, choose a 32-35 ft (Mobula 32ft, Abamar 33ft, or Tiara 35ft). The 35ft has a bathroom which is huge for kids. If the bite is close and the sea is calm, the Super Panga 26 ft is a great budget-friendly option for a short half-day trip.
What species can kids catch?+
Roosterfish, jacks, sierra, snapper (pargo), and seasonal dorado, depending on conditions. These are fun, fight-back species perfect for kids learning to fish. Our captains coach kids through the entire catch, from reeling to safely releasing or keeping.
