Catch & Cook Cabo Fishing Trips – From the Ocean to Your Plate
Fish in the morning, then enjoy your fresh catch cooked the same day at trusted local restaurants in San José del Cabo.
A Catch & Cook trip is simple: we fish early (usually 5–6 hours), keep your catch iced, fillet it after the trip, and we recommend local restaurants that will cook your fish Mexican-style (grilled, garlic butter, tacos, or breaded). Best table fare here includes dorado (mahi mahi), yellowfin tuna, and snapper.
