Can I keep roosterfish?
We recommend catch-and-release to preserve this iconic inshore fish. We’ll photograph and release quickly.

We can also target table fish in season. Filleting is included (tip appreciated). Vacuum-pack & freeze is available for $2.5 USD per pound, and we can coordinate hotel delivery.
